I have final steps in Managed System Configuration J2ee system. Activity "Byte Code Adapter Installation" and I have error:

I don't understand why Solman could't find instance ID 134814

Hi Dmitriy,

Can you post the error that you are getting in step "Automatic Configuration" in managed system configuration.

Hi Sriram,

The error was "Failed to connect via P4 channel - com.sap.smdagent.vmmanagerVMManagerException: Could not find instance ID:134814" .

And I don't remember exactly  what helped me, maybe it was reboot abap and java stack +OS.
