Make Comments as Optional on the Approve Requests App

Dear Team,

I am using the Approve Requests App for my Custom Workflow Approval. When the Approver Approves the Work item the comments box says the comments are mandatory, i want to make it optional or remove it in case of Approval. Please let me know how to achieve this. In case of the standard PR/PO Approval App, these comments are mandatory only for Rejection.

Hi Ibrahim,

You can definately set the reason by this. Either select it or leave it.

Thanks for the reply Rakesh, Is there any option to remove this comments box because even if we make the comments as optional, it is still showing the comments box after pressing the Approve button.

Hi Imran,

It should not show the same. Can you sync buffer by SWU_OBUF and try again ?
