Hi,
One of my adobe form is not getting activated where as others are getting activated successfully. After 20 to 30 minutes we are getting a run time error like 'Time Limit Exceeded'.

Download the Interface and Layout of the form and try to create a new form(Sample) with different name and try to activate and check,
if it gets activated, delete the old form and change the new form name to the old one.
