Issue while accessing SSH keys in SFTP adapter

Hi All,

We are facing probem in accessing SSH keys(which we are present in NWA keystore) in SFTP adapter.

We were able to access it  20 days back, but now facing problem.Strange thing is this problem is occuring in all the 3 servers since same day Dev, quality and preprod.(haven't yet checked in Prod).

Porblem :  After I choose authentication type as "Private key  " in SFTP and do an F4 in key field it takes a long time before throwing error:

Connection IO Exception. Check nested exception for details. (Read timed out). See error logs for details

When I check log at one place it says : com.sap.aii.ib.core.service.TypeNotRegisteredException: Type "(SFTP, http://sap.com/xi/XI/SFTP)" is not registered in the service class AdapterAccessService...what does this mean ..where can I check this?

Any idea how this can be reolved .

This is URGENT please help.

Restart the Server .

Thanks Rudra for your reply.  We did restart the server but that did not help.

But we came accross one scn question in which a person had the same issue and as per him we also manually wrote the key names instead of doing drop down or f4 and it worked !

Did you try accessing KeyStore through NWA.

Hi Ram,

Yes I tried going to NWA and looked at KeyStore.

There I can see the SSH keys maintainted in SFTP folder/view.
