LDAP Server connection issue

Hi All,

I have LDAPLogin module configured in  SCC to authenticate the users and this is working perfectly fine for me. But when I observe the LDAP server log I have found that for one user request it is opening the multiple connections is there any way/ properties wwe can add to the LDAPLogin module so that it can close the connection from SMP.

I am using the SMP 2.3 SP04  and currently it is a MBO based application developed for iPAD

Hi Amey,

is this user in multiple groups on different LDAP server?
How looks the LDAP login module configuration?

Which propertys did you configure like:
Provider URL

Control Flag
ServerType
Authentication Method
Bind DN
Bind Password
AuthenticationSearch Base:
Authentication Scope
Authentication Filter
Role Search Base
Role Scope
Referral
etc.

Hi Andreas,

I am able to resolve the problem with closely working with LDAP team. LDAP team did some configuration changes. Now from SMP there only one connection is opening on the LDAP server (which is expected)
