Hello Everybody,

We have a requirement in our project as below,

Plan Driven Procurement with Extended classic scenario... PR is created with attachment and transferred to SRM.

My question is,

How to transfer the attachment in PR to SRM ??

How to transfer SRM PO attachment(PO created in SRM) to ECC PO.

Kindly let me know what needs to be done...

Regards,

Kiran

Hi,

Are you using PI or report to transfer PR?

For SOA and report, attachment in PR item level is supported

customizing for attachment in PR
http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?original_fqdn=wiki.sdn.sap.com&pageId=188678687

other method to transfer attachment in PR
http://scn.sap.com/community/srm/blog/2014/02/03/attachment-transfer-from-srm-to-ecc-as-an-url-link-...
http://scn.sap.com/community/srm/blog/2013/03/07/purchase-requisition-header-attachment-transfer-to-...

trx CV01N--create attachment for PR line item

The path can be found at(ECC side):
  SAP Implementation Guide (transactin SPRO)
  -> Integration with Other mySAP.com Components
    -> Supplier Relationship Management
      -> Activate Document Transfer

Once this setting is done the SOA message will transfer attachements
from DMS system.

1584391 - Attachments are corrupted during the Purch. Req. transfer--for SOA scenario

Useful note for report transfer:

Hello Ivy,

Thanks for the above reply.

We are using Report to Transfer the PR from ECC to SRM, Please suggest the relevant setting on ECC and SRM systems.

Need a help on different issue,

We have a requirement to have RFX response approval at item level, but as per standard it is at header level.

Can you suggest us some way to achieve this with an enhancement.

Regards,

Kiran.

Hi Kiran,

As I know, only decision type 1 can be used for BUS2202.
However I am not expert in workflow, so I am afraid that I have no further idea about this topic.

Maybe you can open a new thread and other experts will add some value.

Best Regards,

Hi Kiran,

As I know, attachment in item level of PR is supported.

The relevant settings or notes for report transfer is as below:

Please check the settings in DC10, DC20, DC30 in ECC side:

Transferring shopping cart attachments to the backend system (SRM5.0) - Supplier Relationship Manage...

Please check if the following notes are applied in SRM system:

====

1719950

1909376

1951891 - The attachments in the shopping cart cannot be opened when shopping cart is created from the PR.

====

Although the wiki said its release is SRM5.0, it is applicable for SRM7.03 too.

Best regards,

Ivy
