HU/TU Loading compatibility

Dear Experts,

We need to find a solution in EWM standard for the below business scenario:

A Transportation Unit needs to be loaded with multiple Handling Units. But while loading HU to TU, we need to follow certain rules.

For example,

• HUs of certain dimensions are not loadable at
  all in to a certain TUs
• If we load a 2 X 2 FT HU to TU, then we can only
  load another 2 X 2 FT HU. Loading of 2 X 3 FT HU should not be allowed

Any thoughts on a possible solution are welcome.

One more point to explore is configuration point

Shipping and Receiving --> Define Means of Transport

Explore Route determination in OBD + TU  - might produce some result. I have not tried yet. Based on the master data I had maintained for an RDS I am hopeful
