After UD - Stock needs to be post again from Qaulity

Hi All,

Please suggest what is best way to handle below situations.

The requirement is like this : After stock posting partially some of the qty is lying left over due to decision pending from quality (For example out of 1.987 TO , 1 to transfered to un restricted and 0.987 remaining left over stock in quality head).

And as per our business process we can't put the stock left over in quality inspection so that should be post to quality to un restricted or to block stock

Now the business wants after stock posting from quality to un restricted or block to quality that rest of the qty which was left over that needs to be come in quality inspection where they can post as per decision like to un restricted , to scrap , or to new material.

I have tested the scenario of block stock and then block to quality with using '08' inspection lot.

I will really appriciate if you can help me in such type of process.

Hi Abhishek,

You can activate inspection type - "08" in material master, then do MB1B - mov type 349 - Blocked to QI.

An inspection lot will be created and you can post it to unrestricted.
