Document upload in SAP QM

Is there any way by which user can upload external test report in the SAP for the QA purpose for example Test Certificate, which can be used or attached in result recording screen. Also how can we upload physical document or soft copy of Inspection method in SAP QM. There are several documentation of Inspection Method , users wants that for evey single method documentation will be uploaded in the system with the respective inspection method.

Hi,

This is a large area of consideration and one of those you are probably
best researching further because there are not only various solutions available,
but within each solution there are various options which all have their own distinct
advantages and disadvantages.

Look at the options carefully for not only implementation but day to
day management, to see what best fits current, and future requirements. 

For example, just within the areas you mention QS33, QA33 QE01, etc there
are various options,

• Service for Objects area, add docs directly to SAP or links into other areas.

• It may even be the case that actually you are
  best managing documents outside of SAP, simply referencing the SAP item to link
  the “paper” system to the SAP?
