Automatic Update of Sales Order From Sales Contract

Hello SD Experts

We create our sales orders with reference to our Sales Contracts

For some of our customers our contracts agreements are still not finalized.

SO here is the question in that case.

If we create a Sales Order (VA01) with respect to Sales Contracts (VA41), we started the production also for the items to manufacture.

After the sales order completed, Now we have notified that there was a change in the pricing and quantity in the sales contract and has been finalized.

So is there any program that if we run for those Sales Orders which are created wrt to Sales Contracts and the change has been made in those contracts. So it will automatically update all the sales orders wrt quantity and Price, without manually updating.

Hi,

Check it in VA05 Transaction where you get a list of release order /sales Order and use the Mass change option as below: Select the required pricing update function and confirm .

The Pricing update will fail if there are invoices created for those Sales Orders.
