Load program for route determination

We currently have a number of new shipping points and ship-to countries along. We also use several shipping conditions and transportation groups.

The amount of data that needs to be added is huge so I was thinking it would be useful to build an LSMW or get a conversion program developed.

Has anyone ever used an LSMW or custom program to load the route determination table? Thoughts?

Hello Redmond,

I have used LSMW to load route definition, but you can use it to load the route determination as well.

Performing a test here right now, I can't see so far any reason why LSMW would not work in this case.

I would suggest you some hints when loading this via LSMW:

- Use transaction code 0VRF (route determination customizing) when starting the recording - not SPRO

- Make sure you have some data in the table to be loaded before preparing the LSMW - otherwise LSMW screens may behavior a little different from the first record to others.

In my case I had to do it foreground, background was losing itself during screen mapping.
