Completion data of notification missing

Dear SCN community,

we have a quality notification, which is already closed (status: NOCO...) but SAP System did not set any completion date for this notification. I can't find any sap note for this case.

Add. information: We don't have any modification or using a user Exit while Setting this Parameter as i know.

did somebody know why this inconsistency can occure? Any ideas for a solution?

I checked the qm order. It's already closed also. But I find out that there is a problem with the function module:

QM02_WINDOW_COMPLETE_NOTIF

But currently not sure why this happened. I'll update this thread if i know more.

Check customization whether this field kept has hidden or what the status.

don't understand what you meen? We have more then 100 q-notifications per day, where notifications can be closed with a completion data. Customizing is o.k. That seems to be a inconsistency on DB table QMEL.

Whether this issue is something to do with the status ORAS  (Order Assigned) ? Whether the Order is still open?

Hello Mert,

There is no report in standard to correct it.

I believe you will have to change it manually in SE16.
