Connection to partner timed out after 600s

Hi All,

We have recently imported the Portal Production system to Quality system, after that We are not able to access the quality and throwing the error as below.

We tried to start the system after changing the time_out parameter. Still issue persists. Kindly let us know what are the parameters has to be checked and corrected.

Tune the ICM parameters as per:

#737625 - Parameter recommendations for the ICM

#715400: Max. number of memory pipes (MPI) restricted to  4,000

If the issue persists, enable the ICM and the HTTP Provider service (location com.sap.engine.services.httpserver.server.RequestImpl) as mentioned in the note:

Hi Dheen,

Are you getting this "500 Connection timed out" after 600seconds (10 minutes)?

This timeout is coming from the ICM.

Check your ICM timeout values in transaction SMICM.
