Not able to access universe properly

Hello,

I created an IDT and tested, it's working fine. then after I published into BOD system.

Then after, trying to access published universe in development system, but it was processing for long time not able to create report.

Hi Santosh,

Try restarting the Web intelligence server and then build the report.

issues was resolved, BASIS restarted BO server, now I'm able to access Universe

HI

Check the universe is point to correct DB and do the test connection.

If the test connection is successful, then check the BO server performance,

request to check the BO server with your BASIS team.
