Inquiry Creation : Incompletion Log

After I have entered all relevant data for an inquiry on checking the incompletion log it shows the following 2 messages :

Description Missing Data

Form Header Long Text

Header note 1 Long Text

when I click on the message to complete the data it shows a blank screen.

Hi,

I hope you are aware about the text determination in SD.

Text determination in your case you need to check at sales document header and item level.At header level it is assigned to sales document types and at item level it is assigned at Item category level.

If this setting are Ok then you need to check at customer level.This is done via assignment of text procedure to account group.

Hi,

In this case you need to check wheather text determination is active and added that text Id in the incomplition log.
