Strange issue while opening ESR

Dear All,

I am facing a strange issue in 7.4 while opening ESR.

Before I was getting error  "Unable to launch the application"  which got resolved later , now I am able to open ID but while opening ESR I am not getting any error like before Application is getting launched but Swing Client is not coming for ESR. After application getting launched no screen is coming . I checked the background process and Process is running successfully .

I did the security setting for Java ( all minimum) and necessary steps given in so many blogs but nothing worked .

Please let me know if someone faced the same issue.

Hi,

Please go to Run. Type in javaws -viewer. Delete all the cached files and try and open it again.

Error got resolved but problem was not the cache ... its was java security.
