Approver delegation does not send request to Delegated approver

Hi All,

I have made a delegated approver of a Role: Z_ME_14, and is active, as on below screenshot.

there is only 1 Role owner as shown below. But the request still goes to original Role owner, as shown in Audit log

Dear Plaban,

this is the correct scenario. You will see that the notification has been sent to both original approval and deputy (both are addressed in the email). If the deputy approves the audit log will say that the request has been approved on behalf by his deputy.

1589130 - GRC AC 10.0 - MSMP Notification Override BADi - Enabling

1887512 - Incorrect approver list shown in instance status

1915928 - Delegated approver is not visible in instance status

Please check if the above mentioned SAP notes are implemented in your system.

As far as delegation is concerned request will go to both the approvers and Email notification also goes to both the approvers if the above notes are implemented depending on your SP level.

In your case, issue is that in the instance status you are not able to see delegated approver ID. Please implement the notes mentioned above for your issue.
