You must configure the Schedule Condition of sending e-mail message to the reporter (YMIN_STD_MAIL_FORM, call method SEND_MAIL_WITH_MAIL_FORMS). At the moment, the message is sent anyway. We need to set up so that the messages are sent only to the reporters of communications in which a user does not contain 881152 +++

&CRM Service Request.Reporter.Created By & [*] 881 152 +++

This condition does not work. In general, no conditions do not work.
