PERSONAS 2.0 toolbars hidden in basic view

Hi,

In basic views the standard toolbars are missing.

Can anyone tell me how to get them to display?

I have not been able to find any config to do this; and basic views are not editable so it hasn't been me hiding them on the screen as you would with a flavor.

Currently my system is on kernel level 27. I applied the instructions given in SAP Note, however it did not work.

As per SAP note 2109468, did you apply latest Silverlight client patch from SAP Note 1964257?

You need kernel patch 29 or above to fix the missing toolbar and command field issue.

I am unable to find kernel patch 29 in marketplace. From what I can see 27 is the highest.

As of today, even patch 31 is available.

I'd think you have probably a 64-bit Unicode system. If so, go to support.sap.com -> Software downloads -> Support packages and patches -> K -> SAP Kernel 64-bit Unicode -> SAP Kernel 7.42 64-bit Unicode, then select your operating system from the menu, go to #Database independent and look for the dw_31 SAR file.

EDIT: The above is for Kernel version 7.42. What kernel are you on?
