Batch Risk Analysis error 10.1 (RDS)

Dear all,

I am receiving the following error while implementing the SAP GRC Acces Control RDS 10.1 module in the step of the Batch Risks Analysis execution (chapter Access Risk Analysis)

"Error in processing Package An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occur

Message no. GRAC_SOD_MESSAGES359"

It may or may not be caused by another error ' User adapter is empty' during user sync job.

See attached snapshots. Does anyone have a clue how to solve this issue?

The value for parameter 1034 is 10. I lowered earlier from 100

It could be an error because of user adapter empty.

Please check the following thread which will help you to check whether you have maintained the settings properly or not.

Also, check if this note applies to your issue : 1755767

And if the issue is with LDAP Connector then try to maintain these settings

LDAP connector properties

Max.Retention Period: 1440

Code page: 0

Page Size: 500

And Restart the Connector.

However I seem to get the results I would expect from the RDS when performing a risk analysis on user level

what is the value for 1034 in SPRO? Try reducing by half and check.
