Hi,
Well, it seems to be incomplete information for me. Have you enquired further with customer as to why he disagrees?
Based on my understanding of your issue, you want to check whether IDocs have been triggered for the ASNs you listed and you would like to search them.
In such cases, I would search IDoc using T-Code WE09 and would give inputs about 'Message Type', 'Inbound/Outbound' and more importantly, segment and segment value. I think (as per your screenshot), 'Packing slip number' would be stored in some segment of your IDoc, if these are being triggered from your SAP system.
Please check and revert. It would be good if you could provide us with more details.
Regards

Hi Kumar,
First you check the status of the Idoc in we02 is that is green?, then check in SM58 by enetring the RFC user id ( if idocs got stuck u can release it)
Then check system connection in SM59.
