Automated cache notifications in IR

Hi Guru's

we are on SAP PI 7.11 EHP1 SP 10.

for DB upgrade, we have copied existing PI system into new box. Everything is working fine except automatic cache notifications on IR.

For any changes on IR objects, we have to manually perform the cache notification. There are no errors on the basis side and compared the new system with old system and couldnt find any difference.

I have searched many blogs, but couldnt find exact solution for this.

Any help in this will be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried delta/complete cache refresh?

we tried Full Cache Refresh, Delta cache refresh, SLD start/stop...after that also the cache notification is not automatically sent. we have to do it manually everytime for every change in IR.

intrestingly we dont have this issue on ID.

Did you try cache connectivity test and see if that captures any issues?

Yes, I tried it from RWB. It was successful and no error thrown.
