Hi all,
We have a very strange problem. SAP GUI 7.30 patch 11, on Windows 7 does not refresh its printer list.
A new printer was installed, and old one removed, but when you try to print something you see only the old
printer.
How is that possible?
It seems SAPGUI does not detect the new printer, or it writes the printer list somewhere, where
it has no write access anymore.
Computer restarted - nothing!
Any help will be apreciated
Thank you!
Ilian
Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thank you all Divyanshu Srivastava, Srinivasan Vinayagam, S Sriram for the quick response.
The problem was in another building far away from me.
The actual reason was, that after reinstalling the PC, the local sysadmin did not ajdust the domain user accordingly. I don't have any more details, but it is OK now!
Case closed!
Thank you all again!

Hi Ilian
1. At the time of releasing the printout you can browse the printer list in that you can view the new printer device? Are you able to take printout from the new printer? Is this any authorization issue?
2. I think you have to enter the new printer device once and release the printout, from next time onward it will visible same like old device.

Sriram

Hi Ilian,
Un-install SAP Gui and delete SAP GUI folder from c: drive.
Re-install and try.
