Hi Experts,
Automatic Batch determination is configured based on FEFO (SLED)
Batch- A - GR date:Same for both
Batch- B - GR date:Same for both
Total shelf life: 1095 days
Delivery is picking Batch A always
Then manually changed the expiry date in MSC2N for batch B- reduced 1 year, so that Batch B will be picked in the delivery.
But still Batch A is being determined.
Please let me know which of the material ideally should pick and what the reason? why batch B is not getting determined?
How to control this based on the expiry date?
Thankyou,
Ravi

Hi Ravindra,
Is it possible for you to provide the following screenshots?
-Screenshot of condition records maintained (valid combination) with 'Selection Criteria' & 'Sort' details.

Hi SD,
There are huge list of conditions which are maintained, not sure which condition is selected.
Since there will be multiple conditions would satisfy most of the criteria, but ONLY one would have been
selected. Can you please guide me how to track the exact conditions? step by step process?
Hi,
In VL03N, choose the main line item, press 'Batch split' push-button or from menu bar Goto > Item > Batch split.
In 'Batch split' tab screen, push 'Batch determin.' push-button.
In next screen, push 'strategy analysis' button as shown:
A screen similar to 'Pricing analysis' will come. Check the condition record against which the green light is there. The details can be taken from RHS of the screen.
With this record detail, provide us the screenshot of VCH3 with 'Selection criteria' and 'Sort' details.
Awaiting your reply in this regard.
Regards
SD
