Secure access to a project in PS

Hi all,

is it possible to limit the access to a project in SAP PS by assigning authorizations only for a certain project number?

The project builder CJ20N uses project definitions but not project numbers.

Which authorizations can possibly be used for this purpose?

Hi,

I have done some research and found that I can create a project using TCode CJ27. It uses S_PROJECT with the field project_ID.

Could that be a possible solution for my problem?

You can trace (ST01/STAUTHTRACE) the business process(i.e.accessing project number ) and find out the releavent authorization objects .

Perform the simulation and confirm the authorization object which controls the project number access.
