How often is the batch determination overriden?

Hello SD experts! Good morning!

I am not SD, but in QM we are surprised that the operators are overriding very frequently the batches proposed at batch determination for reasons that can be related to quality management.

Is there any report or any process to have some visibility when a batch determination is overriden? A report where this appears, a field that I can use in a query?

The business goal is to see why this batch determination was not followed because probably they have good reasons to do so and this is relevant to QM.

Any related information is valuable to me to obtain some visibility about this, because I am a bit blind here.
