The SP level of the Solution Manager system is SP05.

Note "1932792 - Error "aggregate for managed object not found" with Solution Manager 7.10 System Monitoring" was relevant. I have gone through the note. As specified in the note, few systems were inconsistent(As in Managed System Configuration) and the update needed check box was enabled. I have updated and the check box has been cleared now.

But, still the alert persists. How should I go forth in resolving this issue?

Also, as suggested in the note ,I have also checked SLG1 and free memory space. I have attached the screen shots of the same.

Can some one assist me in resolving this issue?

Thanks.

Best regards,

Deepika

Hi Deepika,

Can you confirm in the Se16 table ACE_DB_RUNTIME the column "SERVER_NAME" the names of the instances the ECE currently calculation for the different categories are correct?

Kind regards,

Roland

Hi Roland,

As suggested, I have checked the Server Name in the table ACE_DB_RUNTIME.

The instance number is the same for all the categories. There is only one instance in the system(checked it in SM51).

How do I check if this is correct?

Kindly request you to guide me.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Deepika
