how to retrieve the segment data from idocs which are failed when integrated

Hello SAP Gurus,

We received hundreds of EDLNOT IDOCs from customer (following our request because we missed them) but it was too late as we ran out of consignment process with them. so,  we can't integrate them.

But we need to extract the data contained in those EDLNOT IDOCs, in particular material, quantity, price.

Please help me finding a way to be able to read/list the content of -SDATA segments.

Hi Mohan,

From my understanding to retrive the Segment data, You can use T.code WE02/WE05 where u can give the inbound message type/Basic type & execute. You will find list of Idocs.

Then u select the Inbound message type & click the List Specific segemnt tab. It will ask the name of the segment to be displayed, there u enter the required segment name in the Idoc, so that u will get the entire values in the segement

thanks but is semms this is only possible in V4 (ECC6).

no such function available in WE05 of (V2, 4.6C)

Hi Mohan,

Try to pass all the idoc number & required segment number in the table EDID4 to get the values.
