BPAnalytics stopped working.

Hi,

I had implemented Business Process Analytics and monitoring for a solution on my solman system.

Everything was working perfectly .

After a week of running smoothly, the data flow has stopped to data cube.

Alerts are still working. But load master data to BW cube is also not getting executed , remains in scheduled status. And analytics do not work as data is not being collected in the cube.

Any suggestion as to what went wrong or howto find the problem and fix it. No changes were made to the configuration as far as I know.

The master data extractors are not working, their status is grey.

The transactional data extractor has green status but I do not think it is working , its last update date is the same as when our bpanalytics last collected the data. It has stopped working after that date.

Trying to deactivate and activate did not help.

The EFWk job is running successfully per min in solman sytem.
