Doubt About XSD File

Hi Experts,

Here i Exported the BAPI into XSD File and stored it at one place.I am getting Error while iam Importing the XSD file in to the IR. The Error is

Cannot load schema with the target namespace

urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions to namespace http://geometric.com/xi/plm; Schema to be handled does not contain a definition of type DT_Material_Req

Please let me know the details what i need to do.

hi,

do you import it under <b>external definitions</b> in repository ?

Yes i created external def and i imported it now . Here iam unable to get the message structure.Please let me know what i need to do.

hi,

External schema you can't drag and drop.

while createing mapping you want to select schema click Find symbol icon(?) , it display the list of SWCV expand your SWCV and Expand schema select the message type..

It means you are saying that at the time of imported the XSD as External def

we cant see the structure of the message(Physical Struct). Is it correct????

hi,

go to your schama and check the messge tab it is appearing your structure..if your structure not appear there could be a problem with your XSD.

In Message tab i am unable to see the structure of the message. Here i can ony see the BAPI_MATERIAL_GETLIST which i imported as XSD.Please let me know what i need to do.

Hello Rajesh,

In the External Definitions if you want to export any Document

Click on the Tools Menu and Click on the Export Original Document

and Import while creating the New External Definition select the type of document and import.

But why are you importing under the External Definitions?

We can directly import the BAPI in Imported Objects

hi,

you need to export the BAPI request and response in the form of .wsdl.

and import the with the form of .wsdl only...i had tried it didn't worked .xsd.

hi,

you export the BAPI into .xsd file and try to import the same .xsd file in External schema you will see the error in (WSDL tab or Messages ) .

The error some kind of tag problem it is shwoing..

you try you can able to see the error.
