Hi Gurus,
When a PO is created the budget is consumed, but in COOI table the quantities and values were not updated correctly.
Is there any program to update the COOI table and S_ALR_87013558 report with reference to PO.
Account Assignment is P, D...............When ever the Service Line items Quantities were changed "Budget Exceeded error occur" but still there is the required budget available.
Please provide your valuable suggestions.
Regards
Naveen

Hi Naveen,
I do not think you should trust S_ALR_87013558 report when it comes to the remaining budget available.
Instead use CJ31 and select from the menu Extras > Availability control > Analysis.
Cheers,
Paulo

Hi Naveen,
Could you please review SAP Note152571? The note gives advice on analysing the
errors and also lists notes and correction programs. It is not exhaustive.
Pay attention to the release validity of the notes mentioned below.
However, some notes do contain correction programs that can be applied
generally outside the note validity."
I have outlined the following steps which should fix the inconsistencies in general:
1) Please run report RKANBU01 for the incorrect projects in question.
This will update any incorrect commitments. Further details can
be found in the note above. Please check table COOI. If inconsistent values
did not change - next steps are not necessary.
2) After running the report, please run report RKACOR04 from note 21649
for the project.
3) After running the above reports, please run transaction CJEN
for all the projects as this is very important so that the
database gets updated.
4) Finally run report CJBN which rebuilds the availability control for
each project, if used.
BR,
Enrique
