Problem with archiving of MDM repository

Hello,

I have a problem with archiving repository, there are several rows from log file:

Any advices will be appreciated.

Hi Vitaly

1) Does your repository stopped or not?

2) This is master repository or slave?

Better will be to stop your repository before you start your archiving process.

May be some parallel activity during the your archiving procees and repository has locked.

Hi Konstantin,

1. Repository not stopped. Because start and stop of this repository needs very long runtime (size 6GB; amount of rows in the main tables 210000). Moreover others pepositories have bin archiving without problems in the started status.

2. Master repository.

The procedure of archiving organized by scheduled .bat file with CLIX commands.

Hi Vitaly

Could you try to connect to your server from SAP MDM Console (from local windows workstation) and try to run archiving there?

If archiving work fine from Console it may be problem in clix or in the server environment where you start it?

Hi Konstantin,

This issue have already done some time ago. The error message appears.

It seems the repository is busy all the time by some process or it is the system bag and

I suppouse only restart of the repository may help.

Hi Vitaly ,

Looks like there are some connections that are not allowing the repository to be locked. Check the connections tab , look for something suspicious that has already blocked the repository.
