Dear Expert,
Recently, I have installed new solution manger 7.1 on Windows and Oracle . After comleting the post installation, We have started incident management config.Everthing is workin fine except Email configuration.
I am able to send the mail manually through solar_eval manually, but I want to send it automatically when user changing tha status.
Any help is appreciable......!!!
