How to create the message mapping between ECC and SRM?

Dear expert,

I have already installed the PI and imported the predefined content from the market place.

While I found there is no mapping between them in the predefined content.

So how should I do next ?

Hi,

Mapping will not available in predefined contents.

Discuss the messages with SRM Consultant.

Which Message will come from ECC to SRM ?

Which message will come from SRM to ECC ?

Create mapping accordingly.

You can create mapping in seprate SWC (Software Component), but message type will be picked from Predefined contents only.

Thank you very much for your reply. I already created a new SWC and mapped the message types. Then I go to integration builder I created communication scenario. but it cannot test successfully.

My steps are as follows:

There may be  a problem here, I can get the search result only when I set the search criteria as *. I I used SRD100, I can get nothing.

After creating and activated all the objects, I can not do the test successfully.

Please help me check. Thanks very much.

Hi,

Error shows that issue is with XI Runtime Cache refresh.

Please discuss with BASIS Consultant.

Check tcode : SXI_Cache, if it has any error.

Run Tcode : SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING and see if all configurations are green.

Hello,

It seems that u have not deployed the standard XI content properly and that's the reason u cannot find any mapping in ur deployed SRM SWC. Check the comments stated by me and Mark in below thread.

open both XI CONTENT SRM SERVER 7.02 and XI CONTENT SRM SERVER IC 7.02  and then depending upon the SRM version and release select zip file for example SRM version 7.02 sp02 u have to download SRMSERVER70202_0-20006558.zip and SRMSERVERIC70202_0-20006559.zip files respectively and then extract XI7.11** content...

BTW, Mapping objects will be there under SRM Server IC SWCV
