Error When Reading Variant "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API"

Hi,

I am encounter an error when accessing the "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" in Solution Manager 7.1.

I access it through TCODE : SOAMANAGER and then selecting the "Web Service Configuration".

If I select "Apply selection" to "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" will display a pop-up window that contains the error:

SAP 500 Internal Server Error
ERROR: Error when reading variant "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API" of service definition "ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API": An exception occurred (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Please advice how to solve this problem,

Check the dump in ST22.

Also, make sure that you have set the parameter "icm/host_name_full" and activated all the required services in SICF

We already set the parameter "icm/host_name_full" but not solve this problem.

Can you tell me what required services in SICF?
