SLA MPT Calculation doesnt begin in NEW Status, but In Process

Hello experts, I am having a problem with my MPT time, it begins when the Status is set In Process, and not at the NEW Status, anyone knows which one could be the cause of this strange behavior?

Actually it was for the lack of the code subject at the category, in order to get the response profile, thanks to everybody for your answers.

Hi Paul,

Normally this setting is maintained in the table CRMV_SRQM_DATSTA, but as per SAP standard we no need to modify the table.

This table actually holds the combination of staus profile,date profile, you can check this entries.

may I know your SP release, might be 1674375 would be helpful, this note has the info for maintaining entries in the table also

Hi, Paul.

Check "SLA Escalation" node in SPRO:

* Define Settings for Durations

* Specify Customer Time Status (you should not have your status NEW in that table)
