ITSM BW Reporting for SLA

I did the configuration for ITSM BW Reporting for SLA according to the below link in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12

but the values in the F4 help of the ITSM BW Reporting does not get populated as below

Any body has a solution for it.

Hi,

before all bw reporting, make sure you configured SLA setup and your IRT, MPT exceeding is working fine

you are not supposed to choose SMINxxxxxxxx , you need to choose your customized status of IRT; MPT exceeed, select the Z one, which you configured before.

check the step and screenshot in "6.2.4 Customizing of Predefined Variable Filters" in the same link you given

Hi,

I have configured SLA Setup and IRT and MPT are working fine.

In case of giving the values as i mentioned in the screenshot itself that no values are getting filled up in the F4 help as in step 6.2.4 in my case
