i would to like to give discount to customer

1 Shop for Rs. 5000 and Get 1000 worth product from same brand or different brands

  compulsory they need to choose the particular product in the list of items

For which industry you are seeking this information?

If this is for retail, then SAP IS-Retail have a std for the same.

Alternatively, if you are looking for regular pricing solution, then with help of group condition with material pricing group(MVKE-KONDM). Where material pricing group(Sales: sales org.2 - Material Master) represents your different brand.
