Attachments not showing in uwl

I am eagerly waiting who can help me on this issue

in uwl,  they are some JE entries with an attachment for a particular JE.

the issue is, some of the JE'S showing attachments but some JES are not showing the attachments.but when they are going to file---> view they are able to see the attachment

if no JE is not showing any attachment for any JE, we can do some some modification in portal.but it is different it is showing for some JES and not showing for some

please help me its urgent
