Replenishment in WM

Hi Expert

Please any one explain me replenisment steps?

done follow settings
1) material master maintained minimumu qty , maimum qty and replenishment qty

2) assigned 319 Mvment type for Fixwd bin storage type

3) LP21 Execute and error comes 'No picking requests were created"

Here my doubt is if fall tha material qty below replenishment qty

TR will generate material will move to fixed bin from where...?
