Hi Manjappa,
You need to analysis some important points.
1. Get system down time and date for every week file from /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS<nr>/work/available.log -> identify the same time or different time for SAP system un-available time.
2. Check Windows Task Scheduler log for all users(Administrator, SIDADM) -> Windows Task Scheduler, Under Advanced there is option for "View Log".
3. If get SAP system down time from available.log - Check logs in Event Viewer the same SAP system unavailable time
4. Go to Run and gpedit.msc check Software Settings and Windows Settings
5. Check C:\windows\Tasks\SCHEDLGU.TXT
6. Disable Task Scheduler Services in services.msc if not find root cause.
7. Check the service SAPSID_<nr> in Services.msc and :\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS<nr>\work\sapstartsrv.log

check event logs, it seems some auto events might be putting sap processes down. Also check SAP work logs for that time and check if there is any short dump/sys logs etc..please paste the event error or logs error if any during that time.

If the SAP and DB are stopped at a specific time then first look at the system scheduled tasks.

Please goto transaction BD13 and change the OFFLINE backup to ONLINE-backup.

You should thanks Windows
Please goto Event Viewer and look for that time when the system of restarted.
Also, look at system logs for the reason for a restart.
These should be your starting point.

So what, the event logs can help you if that is because of some external, non-sap issue.
And that is why I asked you to check both place.
Now, you should look at, identify the section which need to be check.
If that is from SAP or DB side, then share the logs.
For eg, dev_w0 before the restart.

Ah. I was going to suggest you check whether this is when the custodians clean the data center. It happened at small remote site I supported many years ago that their server went down every weekend at about the same time, and they couldn't figure out why, until finally someone actually sat with it. The janitor came in and unplugged the server to plug in his vacuum and boom. Turns out that was his standard practice.
