Hi Gurus,
Please let me know the way to pull WBS Settled Amount Report on Year / Period Basis.
I checked the CJI3 also> filter field of CO business transaction with KOAO,KOAE & KOAP but duplicates exists. Where i am unable to identify the exact settled value.
Please let me know process to create a variant in CJI3 / SQVI query for this issue.
Regards
Naveen
Hello Naveen,
Please check report S_ALR_87013543 - Actual/Plan/Variance Absolute/Variance %
If project is settled using settlement cost element, then report will show actual cost and how much cost has been settled.

Hello Naveen Kumar
I think RKACSHOW is the best place to see all the tables in one area
Also you should run CJEN just to ensure the database is up to date

Hi Naveen,
In addition to CJIC/CJID report
You can get the settled amounts from Table RPSCO as well..
Link the tables PRPS and RPSCO where in Select the WBS in PRPS which have account assignment checked.. Pass the OBJNR of these WBS to the RPSCO
and in RPSCO use value Type 4 and value category 700 to filter the values.
Hope it helps...
