GUI 7.4 is shut down once I open the adobe form builder

The problem is raised when I install the GUI version 7.4 and trying to open adobe forms builder (T code SFP) the GUI completely shut down. I remove the GUI and adobe livecycle version 9 then install them again but I face the same problem.

Can any expert try to help?

  Please check that you've install Adobe Acrobat Reader before.

Hello Abdulqader,

Are you using the new "Blue Crystal" theme when this happens?

if yes, please switch to "Enjoy" or "Signature" as a workaround.

There are some issues with Blue Crystal theme which have been solved with patch 1 which should be due out in the next two weeks.

If this is occuring with other themes, please raise a ticket with an open R/3 connection for us to test.

I am using Signature theme and I change it to Enjoy even I face the same problem. I will raise a ticket.

Hi,

1) Might be there are some patch files missing in your system.

Try with the "Check SAP GUI Installation" which you can find it in the logon pad.

Launch sap logon pad --> Left click on top left of the logon pad screen --> options --> System information --> Check SAP GUI Installation.

2) Check in Service.sap.com for the latest patch file and update the same in your system.
