Quality Server SQL Database not up

Hi all

Our two of the hard disk (bay 1 & 4)from quality server crashed recently and we have replaced them and system has recovered some file . Possibly these might affect the SAP DB. pls advice.

we started having this issue when replacing the hard disk.

i dont have QAS backup but i have PRD backup ....

You can perform a system copy (note 151603).

Hi Patil

Are you having last very good backup of QAS system either tape or disk?

1. From the backup. you can restore the database of QAS system

2. Do the full restart, Check the MS Sql DB Services.

3.  Start the SAP QAS instance.

Hi Patil

Stop the SAP, and then do the database files restore from the backup either media or disk
