How to get a pie chart with a "rest" piece in Lumira?

Hello,

I am using the SAP Lumira Desktop 1.20 version and try to get a ranking pie chart with a "rest" or "others" piece. I am only able to get some top x in the pie chart (with percentages related to the top x).

In the chart below I would like to see a 6th pie piece with "others" and the correct percentage according to all results. Is that possible with the current version or do I have to manipulate my source data somehow?

Best regards,

Oliver.

You could do custom groupings back in the Prepare room to put all others in "all other"

Yes, that's one way or "calculating" a new column based on the source column. For both ways the problem is that I need to know the top 5 and have to go back to the Prepare room like you are outlining. So for every new data set most probably I need to do this exercise. Off course, I'd prefer some tweaking in the visualize phase or some cool calculation formula for the prepare room 😉

Hello All,

I have submitted an idea to implement a Top N "others" pie piece in Lumira:

Implement "rest/others" pie piece in Top N / ranking pie chart : View Idea

Please upvote it 😉
