MDG configuration

Hi ,

I am new to SAP MDG .

Need to understand :

What is MDG Material Homepage and how it will be different when we use Business contect viewer.

Also I could find the configurations for MDG in SAP Library but is there any document which explains with screen shots configuration of MDG.

Your help is appreciated.
