Hello All,
We have CRM 7.4 installation.
I had Install the Desktop Connection add-on component CRMGWS 700: by using SAINT. Now I try to patch this component by:
CRMGWS 700: Support Package 0005.
I'm currently using a SAINT transaction in SAP Basis. The .SAR file is decompressed and a .PAT file is .../EPS/IN directory, The SANIT I had load package from Applican server.
but it is not listed on the screen for the add-on selection. As such, I cannot continue with the installation.
Any Idea how can I patch add-on on CRM?

Hello Reza,
SAINT is only for Add-on installation.
Add-on patching is done with SPAM tool(SPAM for EBP/CRM) only.
