Problem with patch add-on

Hello All,

We have CRM 7.4 installation.

I had Install the Desktop Connection add-on component CRMGWS 700: by using SAINT. Now I try to patch this component by:
CRMGWS 700: Support Package 0005.

I'm currently using a SAINT transaction in SAP Basis. The .SAR file is decompressed and a .PAT file is .../EPS/IN directory, The SANIT I had load package from Applican server.

but it is not listed on the screen for the add-on selection. As such, I cannot continue with the installation.

Any Idea how can I patch add-on on CRM?

Thanks for help.

It is working now. After patch this component in CRM. Should active this component before I can see the TCO in SPRO?

Hi Reza, although not mandatory, it would be a good idea to schedule /nSGEN once as well (perhaps when the load is very less or night time).

Hello Reza,

SAINT is only for Add-on installation.

Add-on patching is done with SPAM tool(SPAM for EBP/CRM) only.
