availability of http://support.sap.com/focused-insights for SAP Solution Manager, on SAPStore.com.

It requires SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP13 as minimum version.

Hello Barbara,

We just upgraded solution manager to SP 12. Presently we are using Wily EM dashboards.

What extra is needed in terms of infrastructure / license for dashboard factory ? How can I get more information about this.

Dear SB,

I believe that the dashboard factory is a planned innovation and not available currently in SP12. Some update is expected in Jan but still it will take a while. May be you'll find it in Solman 7.2
