Hi All,
When we create an incident the mail notifications were send by the autor of the incident or by the people who make some changes in the incident. I would like to change the mail sender to a generic mail adress always.
Can I do it and do you know how?

Was this the right solution? I used this note but it works not, when I send a email it gives a warning identity in the mail account.

Hi Oneal,
you have to maintain the Default Sender E-Mail-Adress within the Action. If you do not maintain a Default Sender mail adress, it always sends the mail in the Name of the current processor.
If you havent maintained a mail in the current processors SU01 User and BP, the System Displays this warning.
