How to Auto Expand Hierarchy in webi Report

Hi Experts,

In my BO reports we have a hierarchy columns are there ,as my users want to schedule the reports to their managers via pdf.

they raised the concern that  is there any way where can auto Expand all the Hierarchy at a time.

hi,

in BI 4.1 SP3 you have feature:

right mouse click on hierarchy >> hierarchical naviagation >>All>>Expand All Hierarchies

in BI 4.1 SP5 you will have a new feature that enables you to set by startup the state of expanding of your hierarchy.

Many thanks for your response.

We are on SAP BO 4.1 SP 4

Even as of now i did the same thing i set the hierarchy to 12,but how to handle future data .

what ever the hierarchy can we do it auto for ever irrespective of any level of hierarchy?

I'm sorry there is no dynamics on that feature.

for selection you can set "for all members"

hi

go to the query panel of your webi-report and select your hierarchy-dimension, add it to the resultpane and click on the icon.
